SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. We will do our absolute best to fulfill your order promptly; if you have an urgent need, reach out at hello@mavrans.com and we will do our best to expedite. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, including your choice of shipping method (i.e., Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express). Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays or packages routed to the wrong location. MAVRANS is not responsible for packages marked successfully delivered but are not found. Please do reach out with any issue and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

For all Pre-orders, you will be shipped the complete order on the date prompted. We ship all together since we are a sustainable brand thats wants to minimize our carbon footprint. The shipping dates are an estimate, and might vary a couple days.

International (non-US) customers are responsible for payment of any associated fees, customs, duties, and taxes. Unfortunately, taxes associated with shipment from, for example, the US to the UK can be quite substantial, so we urge you to take this into consideration before placing an international order. 

"Free U.S. Shipping" Offer: This offer only pertains to domestic U.S. shipments and is activated when the customer opts for the 'Free Shipping' method available at checkout. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method that corresponds with the 'Free Shipping' label and it may not be ground shipping if we choose to ship through an alternative method. We reserve the right to rescind this offer at any time, without notice. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Using your order number and email for returns and exchanges. If you would like to exchange, the exchange occurs once items are shipped. We will refund you the original items once we receive them.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it back to MAVRANS within 30 days of your original purchase date unless specified as part of a sale or promotion. 

  • Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Even if deliveries are late due to any reason.
  • Face masks are final sale only.
  • Sale items are final sale only.
  • Items marked final sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with original tags attached
  • Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund
  • Return policy ONLY applies to purchases made on MAVRANS.com
  • MAVRANS reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipment if the return is refused.
  • International returns must be shipped back by the customer.
